What we collect

When you use our forms we collect what you choose to enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), preferred destination, travel dates, departure city, number of travellers, budget, interests and your message. If you use the AI Itinerary planner, we process the trip details you type in (destination, dates, budget, group, pace, interests and notes).

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your request and help plan your trip. If you tick the box to receive destination inspiration and trip announcements, we also use your email for that. Ticking that box is always optional and separate from your inquiry.

Who processes it

• Website hosting and database: our website platform stores form submissions securely.
• Email: our email provider delivers replies and, if you opted in, our emails.
• AI provider: AI Itinerary details are sent to an AI model provider to write your draft. We don't save planner inputs or results.
• Customer management: inquiries may be copied into our customer management tool so we can follow up.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and plan your trip, and then for a reasonable period for our records. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting hello@elevatedgetawaystravel.com.
